Most of our 4-year-olds have never taken a class anywhere. The curriculum is designed for total beginners, and the coaches are experts at giving every kid an early win in their first class.

Classes run 30 to 45 minutes — long enough to learn something new, short enough to keep their full attention. Athletic clothes are fine for the first class. After enrollment we'll set you up with the right Gi.

§ 02 / What they walk away withSix lasting wins

Built on real skills.

Self-defense is the obvious benefit. The bigger wins are confidence, body awareness, and the ability to handle frustration — the stuff that pays off in school, at home, and on every other field they ever step on.

01

Self-discipline.

Kids learn to manage their bodies and emotions on the mat — a skill that travels back to the classroom and the dinner table.

02

Confidence & strength.

Confidence to face challenges with focus and a determined mindset. Built one small win at a time.

03

Coordination & control.

Improves their ability to manage movements accurately — and avoid unintended bumps.

04

Real concentration.

Helps kids master sustained attention so they can absorb new information at school just as easily as on the mat.

05

Handling frustration.

Martial arts teaches kids how to lose, reset, and try again — without melting down.

06

Fair play.

Cooperative drills and partner work build empathy, respect, and the ability to play fair.
