BJJ for Juniors Ages 7–9.

Empower your child with confidence, discipline, and the ability to stand up for themselves. Real skills, real friendships, real growth.

§ 01 / Why parents love our 7-9 classBJJ Juniors

Build kids who handle hard things.

Most parents come to us because their 7-9 year old needs more than another team sport. BJJ Juniors meets each child individually — even in a group class — and gives them a path toward the kind of quiet confidence that doesn't fade when the season ends.

Some of our most committed students started shy. The structure of a BJJ class — clear roles, partner drills, repeatable rituals — gives shy kids a safer path into a group than most other activities.

Two classes a week is the sweet spot for most 7-9 year olds. Some come three or four times. We'll help you plan once you join. Parents are welcome to watch — we have viewing space.

§ 02 / What they walk away withSix lasting habits

Built on lasting habits.

Strength, focus, and self-assurance — three things every 7-year-old needs more of, taught in a way that doesn't feel like school.

01

Strengthening.

Builds discipline and respect. Kids learn to listen the first time they're asked — at home and on the mats.

02

Concentration.

Improved attention spans translate directly to better focus in school and other activities.

03

Self-assurance.

Steadfast confidence prepared for school challenges, social situations, and the rest of life.

04

Lasting qualities.

Resilience, problem-solving, and the ability to lose without quitting — habits that stick for life.

05

Healthy workouts.

Active classes get kids tired the right way — sleep better, eat better, screen-time less.

06

Real self-defense.

Practical skills to defend themselves in the rare cases they ever need to. Confidence to never get there.

"

They really meet every child where they're at and know how to work with each child's different personality.
